Growing up in Northern California Brian has a legacy of success first working in broadcasting, at radio stations throughout the SF Bay Area, before migrating to SoCal in the early 2000s starting his real estate career. Brian bringing two decades asset management, leading real estate offices, commercial, multifamily and single family property management to bear for our exceptional owner clients. When not in the office, Brian can be found swimming or flying around the West Coast in a Piper Cherokee or Cessna 172, and is working on his Instrument and Commercial ratings.

A seasoned Real Estate Accounting Professional, Jayson received his Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, his birth country, where he also holds a CPA license. Migrated in the US in early 2000, Jayson started his real estate career with CIM Group where he initially learned to use and eventually administer Yardi System and its auxiliary modules. Prior to joining Bell Properties in June 2025, Jayson worked and led accounting teams for Linc Housing Corp., Standard Management Co., Decron Properties, and ICO Development, to name a few. Jayson holds an active Real Estate Sales License in California. 
 
 Outside work, Jayson loves to sing and is an active member of Long Beach Chorale and Chamber Orchestra performing at Carnegie Hall in New York and Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. Besides music, Jayson also loves spending time at home with his cats.  

Yessenia is a dedicated corporate accountant with over 25 years of specialized expertise in property management, overseeing the financial operations of diverse real estate portfolios across California. With a deep understanding of both the financial and operational aspects of property management, she provides strategic oversight in budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. 

Throughout her career, Yessenia has played a critical role in supporting property performance through financial planning, lease analysis, capital expenditure tracking, and regulatory compliance. She excels in streamlining accounting processes, and collaborating with asset managers, property managers, and executive teams to ensure optimal portfolio performance.

Holding a California Real Estate License, Yessenia adds additional value through her practical knowledge of real estate law and transactions.

With over 7 years of experience in Human Resources, Marine brings a passion for fostering a positive and healthy work environment at Bell Properties. Recently relocated to Los Angeles, Marine is committed to ensuring that every employee feels valued, supported, and motivated to thrive. By focusing on employee well-being and cultivating a culture of respect and collaboration, Marine strives to create a workplace where everyone can grow and succeed.

Outside of work, Marine enjoys hiking, swimming, and traveling, always seeking new adventures and perspectives.

Bio-Regional Property Manager with Bell Properties in San Francisco, bringing more than 10 years of leadership experience across affordable and market-rate housing. A results-driven property management professional with expertise in portfolio operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, team development, and strategic asset stabilization. Experienced in leading complex housing portfolios, strengthening operational performance, and cultivating productive partnerships with housing authorities, ownership groups, community stakeholders, and residents. Committed to operational excellence, accountability, and delivering sustainable results while supporting the long-term success of the communities served.

Jorge serves as a Maintenance Coordinator at Bell Properties, supporting maintenance operations, vendor relationships, scheduling, and work order management across residential properties. With experience in property management, operations, account management, and customer service, he brings a well-rounded perspective to coordinating teams, resolving issues, and keeping day-to-day workflows organized and efficient. Jorge is known for his structured approach, clear communication, and ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on service. His background in tourism administration and gastronomy has also shaped his appreciation for hospitality and creating positive experiences for others. Outside of work, Jorge enjoys cooking, reading, writing, discovering new restaurants and libraries, and spending quality time with family, friends and his dog.

Tatiana is a bilingual customer service professional with over eight years of experience in administrative support, client communication, and problem-solving across a variety of industries. She has a strong background handling phone calls and emails, with a focus on providing responsive and professional service. Her ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, stay organized, and quickly adapt to new systems and processes allows her to provide reliable support to property owners, tenants, and team members. Her nursing assistance background makes her responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive experience for every client. Outside work, Tatiana enjoys staying at home with her cats, traveling and reading fantasy or philosophy books.

With more than 5 years of experience in business development, client relations, administrative support, and financial services, Mitzi supports the company’s growth by assisting with client relations, business development initiatives, prospect research, and day-to-day coordination. Her role combines strong administrative organization with a client-focused approach, helping identify new opportunities, build and maintain professional relationships, coordinate follow-ups, and support the team in moving potential business opportunities forward.

Throughout her career, Mitzi has developed a versatile skill set through experience working with clients and businesses of different sizes. Her background has strengthened her ability to understand client needs, manage multiple priorities, conduct research, coordinate information, and provide professional and reliable support.

In her current position, Mitzi brings together her experience in administration, finance, client service, and business development to contribute to the company’s continued growth. She is known for being organized, proactive, professional, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to building positive client relationships and helping the team achieve its business development goals.

Originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Alejandro brings a unique blend of strategic marketing thinking and hands-on creative execution to Bell Properties. 

As co-founder of a multidisciplinary marketing agency, he built brand positioning and digital growth strategies that helped a dental practice more than double in size and grew a nonprofit's community reach by 50% over three years. 

Alongside his agency work, Alejandro has spent nearly two decades as a photographer and videographer, giving him a sharp eye for translating brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling, a skill he now channels into Bell Properties' marketing design, social media presence, and lead engagement. 

Bilingual and detail-oriented, he approaches every project with a strategic, goal-driven mindset, pairing creative vision with disciplined execution across the company's systems and platforms. 

Outside of work, Alejandro can be found hiking and trekking through Jalisco's landscapes, camera in hand, or losing himself in a good book and any form of art that sparks a new perspective and inspiration.

Nagina Akhtar serves as the Director of Compliance at Bell Properties, bringing 20 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, occupancy management, and regulatory oversight. She specializes in HUD and LIHTC/CTCAC programs, EIV compliance requirements, move-in and recertification reviews, file audits, and preparing properties for regulatory inspections and monitoring reviews.

Nagina is committed to maintaining high compliance standards while supporting property teams in achieving operational excellence and regulatory success. She holds several industry-recognized certifications, including Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), National Compliance (NC), Certified Verification Specialist (CVS), Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C4P), Fair Housing Compliance (FHC), and a California Real Estate License.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Nagina enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and making memories with her beloved dog, Berry.

Elsa serves as an Executive Assistant to CEO Brian LeBow at Bell Properties, where she plays a key role in supporting executive leadership and driving operational and administrative excellence. With over eight years of experience in residential and commercial property management, Elsa brings a strategic mindset to everything from lease administration and vendor coordination to tenant relations and maintenance oversight.

Her background in civil engineering allows her to simplify complex property issues for clients and teams alike, making her a trusted bridge between technical operations and customer experience. Outside of work, she enjoys road trips and discovering new and local cafés—always chasing the perfect blend of comfort and inspiration.
