Growing up in Northern California Brian has a legacy of success first working in broadcasting, at radio stations throughout the SF Bay Area, before migrating to SoCal in the early 2000s starting his real estate career. Brian bringing two decades asset management, leading real estate offices, commercial, multifamily and single family property management to bear for our exceptional owner clients. When not in the office, Brian can be found swimming or flying around the West Coast in a Piper Cherokee or Cessna 172, and is working on his Instrument and Commercial ratings.

James Davis is an experienced operations executive and consultant specializing in residential and commercial property management, organizational strategy, and property performance. As Regional Vice President of Bell Properties, he oversees a portfolio of more than 1800 units across California, leading initiatives in operational efficiency, team development, and client success. With 17 years of management experience, James is focused on streamlining systems, building scalable infrastructure, and identifying new revenue opportunities for property owners.
Known for his direct style and strategic mindset, James brings a clear-eyed, results-driven approach to the challenges of managing multifamily and commercial real estate in California. At Bell Properties, his ongoing focus is long-term portfolio health, measurable improvement, and raising the operational standard across the portfolio.

Freddie Rios is a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor with 12 years of experience in property management. I began my career as a porter, and through hard work ,reliability, and strong focus on learning, I advanced into a leadership role. My journey has equipped me with hands-on skills in preventive maintenance, team supervision, vendor coordination, HVAC, electrical and unit turns. I pride myself on problem-solving, attention to detail, and delivering high quality service that keeps properties running smoothly and residents satisfied. On my free time I enjoy spending time with my family whether it is going to Disneyland or simply watching movies and eating a variety of foods.

With over 7 years of experience in Human Resources, Marine brings a passion for fostering a positive and healthy work environment at Bell Properties. Recently relocated to Los Angeles, Marine is committed to ensuring that every employee feels valued, supported, and motivated to thrive. By focusing on employee well-being and cultivating a culture of respect and collaboration, Marine strives to create a workplace where everyone can grow and succeed.
Outside of work, Marine enjoys hiking, swimming, and traveling, always seeking new adventures and perspectives.

Savannah came from a rural town straight to the big city of NYC. She then traveled and worked in NYC, Florence Italy, Miami and finally found her true love in Los Angeles. Her husband has been building swimming pools in LA for 15 years and has really shown her the greatness and potential of moving property in Los Angeles. Her bartender background has given her the skills to actually hear and know what a client wants and needs. Her secret sauce, is directness, transparency, compelling listing marketing, expert negotiations, and the ability to keep people and deals on track — calmly, professionally, and with a smile.

Elizabeth brings over five years of property management expertise and background to Bell Properties, and is pursuing her Real Estate License as well! In her free time, Elizabeth loves spending time with her family, enjoying movies, books, making and eating delicious food with her husband and daughter.

A seasoned Real Estate Accounting Professional, Jayson received his Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, his birth country, where he also holds a CPA license. Migrated in the US in early 2000, Jayson started his real estate career with CIM Group where he initially learned to use and eventually administer Yardi System and its auxiliary modules. Prior to joining Bell Properties in June 2025, Jayson worked and led accounting teams for Linc Housing Corp., Standard Management Co., Decron Properties, and ICO Development, to name a few. Jayson holds an active Real Estate Sales License in California.
Outside work, Jayson loves to sing and is an active member of Long Beach Chorale and Chamber Orchestra performing at Carnegie Hall in New York and Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. Besides music, Jayson also loves spending time at home with his cats.

Yessenia is a dedicated corporate accountant with over 25 years of specialized expertise in property management, overseeing the financial operations of diverse real estate portfolios across California. With a deep understanding of both the financial and operational aspects of property management, she provides strategic oversight in budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Throughout her career, Yessenia has played a critical role in supporting property performance through financial planning, lease analysis, capital expenditure tracking, and regulatory compliance. She excels in streamlining accounting processes, and collaborating with asset managers, property managers, and executive teams to ensure optimal portfolio performance.
Holding a California Real Estate License, Yessenia adds additional value through her practical knowledge of real estate law and transactions.





Paola thrives in the fast-paced world of property management, coordinating vendors, tenants, and owners with calm efficiency and a sharp eye for detail. Her bilingual fluency in English and Spanish allows her to connect seamlessly with a wide range of clients and professionals, always ensuring every message is clear, respectful, and perfectly polished. With a background rooted in operations and vendor coordination, Paola has a knack for anticipating needs before they arise—whether it’s catching a scheduling conflict, flagging a missing COI, or smoothing out a tense situation with empathy and professionalism. What sets her apart is her unwavering reliability, her gift for clear communication, and her ability to keep people and projects aligned—gracefully, consistently, and always with a touch of heart. Outside of work, Paola enjoys helping her husband, a talented pastry chef, craft delicious creations in the kitchen. She’s also an avid reader and a passionate concertgoer, having met artists like OneRepublic, The Killers, and Maroon 5.

From balancing ledgers to chasing sunsets on her motorcycle, Mona keeps life—and our office—running smoothly. Mona brings a unique blend of bookkeeping expertise and property management experience to our team. As our go-to Administrative Assistant, she keeps our operations running seamlessly managing schedules, streamlining communications, and solving challenges with a calm and reliable approach. Her attention to detail and passion for organization make her the quiet force that keeps everything on track.
When she’s not supporting the team, Mona is fully immersed in her passions. She’s a devoted plant enthusiast with a growing indoor jungle, and a motorcycle adventurer who loves exploring scenic routes and recharging in nature. Weekends often find her discovering new places, seeking inspiration, and embracing the freedom of the open road.

Elsa serves as an Executive Assistant to CEO Brian LeBow at Bell Properties, where she plays a key role in supporting executive leadership and driving operational and administrative excellence. With over eight years of experience in residential and commercial property management, Elsa brings a strategic mindset to everything from lease administration and vendor coordination to tenant relations and maintenance oversight. Her background in civil engineering allows her to simplify complex property issues for clients and teams alike, making her a trusted bridge between technical operations and customer experience. Outside of work, she enjoys road trips and discovering new and local cafés—always chasing the perfect blend of comfort and inspiration.

Donald “DJ” serves as the Maintenance at Bell Properties, supporting day-to-day maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties in California. Known for his proactive and organized approach, he ensures tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining clear communication with property managers, vendors, and tenants.
DJ handles high-priority maintenance requests, vendor coordination, report updates, and supports budgeting and capital project tracking. He also manages calls and emails to ensure urgent issues are addressed promptly.
With strong teamwork and hands-on execution, DJ helps deliver high-quality property services. His knowledge of property management tools keeps him adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Outside of work, DJ is a food enthusiast who enjoys trying exotic dishes yes, even fried scorpion and spending time with friends. He's also a dedicated gamer, enjoying competitive online titles like Dota, CrossFire, Mobile Legends, and PUBG, where strategy and quick reflexes are part of the fun.

As Business Development Manager at Bell Properties, Alfredo Ramos specializes in building strong relationships with property owners and investors throughout Southern California. With a deep understanding of both residential and commercial management needs, he helps clients find tailored solutions for their assets. Alfredo plays a key role in expanding Bell Properties’ reach and ensuring high standards of service. His expertise includes multifamily units, distressed properties, and value-add strategies. Outside of work, Alfredo enjoys baking his own bread, cooking for friends and family, and managing his beloved "team" of 12 cats.

Seasoned bi-cultural professional with over three decades of experience across diverse fields. Expertise in New Business Development, Legal Affairs, Finance, Commerce, Human Resources, Public Relations, Strategic Planning, and Real Estate Administration. Known for building robust business networks in both public and private sectors and a nuanced understanding of intricate legal, financial, and operational processes. Outside of work I’m passionate about my family, learning, music and fitness – I play the piano every other day, read often, hit the tennis court on weekends and never skip a daily workout. I also love to spend quality time with my family and friends.
